Nicole Smith

Nicole Renika Smith was born on June 15, 1976, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to her mother, Sheila Patterson, and her father, Lonnie Smith. On July 8, 2026, Nicole peacefully departed this life in Rossville, Georgia, at the age of 50. Nicole was a devoted mother to her beloved children, Starlynn Harris (Deviante Felder) and Cam’ron Harris, who were the pride and joy of her life. She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving mother, Sheila Patterson; father, Lonnie Smith (Janice); sisters, Nitrice Martin and Lonnette Smith; brother, Cornelius Smith (Tanai); cherished niece, Raven Goodwin; nephews, Chance Martin, Londen Martin, Ladarius Rumph, and Adam Caudle, Jr.; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure the love and laughter she shared. Nicole was a proud graduate of Tyner High School, Class of 1994, and later pursued her passion for helping others by graduating from the Massage Institute of Healing Arts in 2002. Those who knew Nicole knew she was truly the life of the party. Her beautiful smile, infectious laughter, and vibrant spirit could light up any room. She loved dancing to her favorite songs, making unforgettable memories with family and friends, and embracing life’s adventures. Whether it was a spontaneous road trip, relaxing by the pool, or soaking up the sun at the beach, Nicole found joy in every opportunity to be near the water. She lived life with enthusiasm, loved deeply, and brought happiness wherever she went. Nicole was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lonnie and Alberta Smith and John Henry and Beulah Martin; beloved aunts, Emma and Patricia Stewart; cousin, Jada Nowell; and stepfather, Charles Patterson. Although our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in knowing that Nicole’s legacy of love, laughter, strength, and kindness will continue to live on through everyone whose life she touched. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. A memorial service for Nicole will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Vincent Dixson as Eulogist.
